The North American 3 Hockey League (NA3HL) announced today the Divisional Stars of the Week presented by Bauer Hockey for the week ending February 19, 2017. The divisional stars of the week are an award given each week of the regular season to the top performing players in each of the eight divisions of the NA3HL as nominated by their head coaches.

South Division Star of the Week: Joey Bernardini, goaltender, Point Mallard Ducks

Goaltender Joey Bernardini stood strong in net this weekend for the Ducks. The 19-year-old from Chesterfield, MO made 50 saves through two games, capturing two big wins for Point Mallard. Bernardini grabbed one shutout win, and had a .980 SV% in net through the weekend. “Joe has been working extremely hard on his game.
