The Ducks struggled against the Brahmas 7-4 in home game

The Point Mallard Ducks struggled against the Texas Brahmas allowing Michael Redmon to score a hat trick as the Ducks crushed Texas 7-4 in a home game at NYTEX Sports Center in Point Mallard. Besides, the Ducks' defense had a poor night, allowing the Brahmas 34 shots throughout the game. The Texas Brahmas took the lead before the halfway point in the third on a goal from Michael Redmon.

Fletcher Chun contributed with 2 goals and Matt Goodman did his part, adding 3 points (1 goal, 2 assists). Kyle Cote chipped in with 2 goals and Sam Sykes delivered for his team with 2 points (1 goal, 1 assist).

During the first, Sykes opened the scoring for the Brahmas with a goal at 4:35 with helpers from his linemates, Bersani and Dekumbis. Redmon deposited a goal at 8:07. In the third, Redmon put in what turned out to be the game winning goal at 6:45 with an assist from Sykes. Cote scored a goal at 9:28 with a helper from Seger. Goodman answered for the Ducks with a goal at 16:13. Bombardir answered for the Brahmas with a goal at 19:14 with an assist from Redmon.

This loss brings the Point Mallard Ducks’ record to (1-2-0-0).
